Information and purpose
Inquiries collect the name, company, email and requirements you provide, plus optional WeChat, region, quantity, destination, end use, notes and BOM files. These support inquiry responses and project communication. Source content, language and consent time are recorded; a short-lived hashed identifier limits repeated submissions.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the website administration system. New BOM uploads are kept outside the public web directory and require an authorized, authenticated user to download. Mail delivery depends on the sending service and receiving system; a successful submission does not confirm inbox delivery.
Secure Transmission & File Submissions
This website uses HTTPS to encrypt inquiry submissions in transit. Submit only information needed for your inquiry. Do not upload passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive personal information. Contact admin@yiaocloud.com before sending confidential technical materials to agree on a suitable transfer method.
Corrections and deletion requests
To request access, corrections or deletion of inquiry information, email admin@yiaocloud.com with enough information to identify the inquiry. Retention scope and necessary business records are subject to follow-up confirmation.
Commercial scope
Website content supports requirement discussions and does not promise fixed prices, live inventory, performance, delivery dates or an SLA. Formal quotations and contracts define the final scope, fees, warranty, delivery and responsibilities.
